Since 1984, we have managed more than 450 hotels across the U.S. with partner/owners who mean the world to us (and are located world-wide) and we can stand on our own too. Within the past few years, Sage has implemented an aggressive growth strategy both in management contracts and ownership of our hotels. It’s taught us many amazing lessons in something we call “thinking like an owner”, we know what our owners want, what our guests want and what our associates want – and we’ll strive to make it happen, we don’t give up.
Sage Hospitality recently revamped our divisions to provide more succinct attention to two very distinct styles of hotels:
Premier & Lifestyle Hotel Division The collection of professionals leading what we like to call the “P&L Division” have a unique ability to position and market urban hotels to a broader customer base, they create a sense of style and energy that drives market leadership and extraordinary returns. This division is comprised of independent, luxury, soft and high-end branded hotels in urban locations that cater to a client mix with unique experience expectations.
Premium Branded Division A team of nimble, proactive and savvy professionals run this division of often suburban, recognizably branded hotels. These suburban hotels are more limited in their service offerings, however their customer service is limitless. Brands include Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt and our team knows each like the back of their hand, using resources to grow market share and dramatically drive revenues using new and old techniques expertly.
