Alexandra Walterspiel is the Senior Vice President of Premier & Lifestyle Hotels at Sage Hospitality.  Walterspiel directly oversees operations for 15 hotels located in urban city center locations.

She spent 13 years with Ritz-Carlton, where she opened five hotels, initiated numerous large-scale renovations and refurbishments, helped generate multi-million dollar profits and oversaw the conception and operation of Ritz-Carlton’s now flourishing Residence and Interval Ownership division.

Walterspiel then took her flair of team-building, budget-development, luxury branding and guest satisfaction to San Francisco’s storied Clift hotel, where she served as General Manager for five years. She joined Sage Hospitality in 2007.

Growing up in a family of hoteliers in Hamburg, Germany, Walterspiel graduated from Switzerland’s esteemed Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne before embarking on her successful career.
