Dave Hoemann

Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, Sage Restaurant Group

Dave Hoemann is the Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Sage Restaurant Group. He is responsible for developing SRG’s unique concepts, overseeing the SRG restaurants and supporting Sage’s overall food and beverage operations.

Hoemann’s 25-year career has been dedicated to food and beverage operations. Before joining Sage Restaurant Group, Hoemann served as the Vice President of Food and Beverage with Joie de Vivre Hotels, Restaurants and Spas where he had responsibility for the collection of 20 unique restaurants.

Hoemann has held numerous leadership roles, including Director of Consulting and Advisory Services for Levy Restaurants, where he oversaw all of the company’s new concept development, branding, design and construction. He also served as Senior Vice President of Retail Brands, Marketing & Creative Services for Compass Group, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Development for Happy Valley Corporation/Flat Top Grill, Vice President of Operations for Mark Miller’s Coyote Cafes and lastly, Food and Beverage Director for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Hoemann is a graduate of the University of Denver.
