Corporate Senior Vice President of Operations
David Marsh is the Corporate Senior Vice President of Operations at Sage Restaurant Group, directly overseeing all ten SRG restaurant properties nationwide. As the SVP of Operations, David will employ his keen attention to detail in the execution and supervision of operations at SRG’s growing roster of restaurants, working to develop cost-effective strategies uniquely tailored to each hotel-adjacent restaurant, grow guest-base, and maintain superior levels of customer satisfaction.
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, David’s professional repertoire includes work with top brands including Morton’s Steak House and Chart House Restaurant Group. In 2009, David joined SRG as the General Manager of food and beverage operations for two of the company’s Portland-based properties, where he earned the prestigious “Leader of the Year” award for his continued dedicated to excellence.
Entering the restaurant world in his late teenage years, David holds a degree from Brigham Young University and resides in Denver with his wife and two children.
