Jan Lucas,

Divisional Vice President, Premier & Lifestyle Hotels, Sage Hospitality

Jan Lucas is a Divisional Vice President at Sage Hospitality.

Since joining Sage Hospitality in 2003, she has been responsible for all aspects of support and performance for hotels in the central business district, which includes both Marriott properties and several independent boutique hotels.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Lucas spent 19 years with Marriott before joining Sage Hospitality, including serving as Director of Sales and General Manager for the Residence Inn brand. She helped develop and is currently helping to sustain the brand’s culture while sitting on the National Residence Inn Culture Council.

Lucas has been instrumental in helping to develop Sage Hospitality’s PJ Party and PJ Day, which is a major fundraiser for Denver’s Road Home, Mayor John Hickenlooper’s plan to end homelessness.  This annual event has raised more than $1 million dollars since its inception in 2006.
