Chief Investment Officer, Sage Hospitality
Michael Everett, Sage Hospitality’s Chief Investment Officer, leads the acquisitions and development teams. He also guides Sage’s aggressive growth and focuses on investing and redeveloping hospitality assets in urban centers.
Everett returned to Sage after spending 10 years at Destination Hotels & Resorts, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Hospitality Investments. While at Destination, he distinguished himself as a disciplined and focused leader of strategic investment.
Everett is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, a member of the Cornell Society of Hotelmen and the Young Alumni Advisory Committee for the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and a regular speaker on hotel investment at industry conferences. He was featured in Real Estate Forum Magazine in 2008 as one of the “Rising Stars in Real Estate”.
In his off time Everett is an avid cyclist who has competed in road cycling events for the past 18 years.
