Hotel Commonwealth celebrated the launch of a new addition with more sleek meeting space and 94 more guest rooms in January 2016 under the project management of Sage.

Sage Hospitality has joined forces with McWhinney in Portland to build an AC by Marriott property, offering more than your standard select service hotel. Set to open late 2016, the AC Portland will feature Sage’s art program, modern design and a small market curated by the top chefs of Sage Restaurant Group. With two successful hotels already running in downtown Portland, Sage will use our knowledge of the area to drive revenue at this sister hotel.
The Maven at Dairy BlockDenver, Colorado

The Maven at Dairy Block will feature 172 loft-style rooms, accented by rich colors and expert design. The Dairy Block is the last full block in downtown Denver to be redeveloped and Sage is proud to partner with McWhinney and Grand American in creating another urban destination in the heart of the city. The Maven is slated to open Spring of 2017.

The Nines was one of Sage Hospitality’s first collaborations with Starwood’s Luxury Collection. Set on the ninth floor of the Meier and Frank building, this historical renovation shines as Portland’s jewel, featuring a unique luxury experience and two of Sage Restaurant Group’s shining stars, Urban Farmer and Departure Restaurant + Lounge.

Sage’s most recent historical renovation opened December 2015 to rave reviews. Partnering with Host Hotels & Resorts, Sage successfully transformed the former address on One Logan Square in the cultural district of Philadelphia. The partnership turned a 30-year-old property in desperate need of a refresh, into The Logan, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection—a portfolio of hotels expertly branded and beautifully appointed, defining modern luxury through experience and art.

Sage collaborated with Colorado art curators Nine dot Arts to fill The Crawford Hotel and Denver Union Station with significant pieces of art that were locally curated from Colorado artists. Reflecting the past of the 100-year-old train station and looking toward the building’s bright future, the hotel and public spaces offer an eclectic mix of historical and contemporary pieces.
