
Sage Hospitality Resources is based in Denver, Colorado, and specializes in the operations, development, and capital transactions for hospitality real estate. Sage has operated more than 250 hotels in 32 states. Many of these hotels range from large urban and full-service hotels, to smaller, limited-service suburban properties and are owned by Sage.
Mr. Neumeyer was a founder of Sage Hospitality Resources, LLC in 1984 and served as its President and CEO until 1999. The company's history in the hotel industry includes more than 225 managed hotels, program development of new hotels, and the restoration of historically significant buildings located in large urban centers. Sage has been consistently recognized for its importance in renovating historically significant buildings, its role as a progressive employer, and its charitable participation in the communities in which it operates.
Mr. Neumeyer is active in numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to Sage, he has invested and served as a board member in technology, manufacturing, banking, senior housing, and service organizations. Mr. Neumeyer serves on the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Denver, and teaches in the hotel school. He is a member of the Governor's Commission on Science and Technology, Young President's Organization, and several organizations representing children in the State of Colorado.
Mr. Neumeyer is a graduate of Cornell University and lives in Colorado with his wife, Amy, and sons, Max and Joseph.
