Mr. Riggs is responsible for all Human Resources functions including training and development, selection and recruiting, compensation and benefits, recognition, and employee relations.

Joining Sage in 2000, his accomplishments have included the development and implementation of a retention strategy that includes New Associate Orientation, Management Training (focusing on leadership development and performance management), and Succession Planning for all managers.

Previously, Mr. Riggs was Regional Vice President of Human Resources for IKON Office Solutions acting as an internal business consultant for 30 business units with 10,000 employees in 12 states.

Mr. Riggs received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Colorado at Denver. Active in the community, Mr. Riggs dedicates himself to various fundraising efforts.
