Clearly, Mr. Karpinski has thought things through. In addition to his already strong development team, Karpinski hired Andre Kikoski to design the space down to the minutest detail. Kikoski comes armed with a lengthy list of highly successful and well-received restaurant designs including P*ONG, The Yankee Club and Suba in New York.
Dark wood, stone and organic finishes define the space, which is centered on a dramatic open kitchen and large brick pizza oven. The “inside-outside” bar has a comfortable patio, warmed by an inviting fire-pit, making for a desirable respite at any time of year.
