SAGE RESTAURANT GROUP OVERVIEW
SRG

Peter Karpinski and the Sage Restaurant Group strive to continually redefine what is considered to be “hotel dining” in America today.

Formed in 2005, the Sage Restaurant Group focuses on building “independent” restaurants and lounges adjacent to our hotels in prime urban locations. Highly designed, innovative, and value driven, all of the restaurants in the Sage Restaurant group portfolio offer Sage hotel guests added value as well as a completely different experience from their hotel stay.

The Sage Restaurant Group has several projects under development to include; Temple Downtown – Restaurant and Lounge in Providence, The Corner Office – Restaurant and Martini Bar in Denver, Mercat - Spanish Tapas and Chophouse in Chicago, The Dinerant in Denver, and Departure – Lounge and Grill in Portland.

Many of the Sage Restaurant Group internally developed concepts, such as The Corner Office and The Dinerant, finally bridge the gap between the age old struggle of having a successful restaurant while still taking care of the hotel guest needs. Both concepts are based on 3-meal platforms, are value driven, and have built in efficiencies to be used as a successful foundation for all banquet, catering, and room service needs. With a primary focus on building restaurants for the communities that they are in – this positive synergy and dynamic is rarely found within the hospitality industry.

Managed by restaurant professionals, the Sage Restaurant Group delivers diners great value, great service, and great experiences.
