The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago has undergone a significant transformation in its Water Tower Place location. This specific hotel is the only franchised Ritz-Carlton in existence and Sage was chosen to navigate the luxury property through the process.  The Chicago Tribune got the first look at the new look.
